Our CSR Project
Hsing Yi Hsuan is the Chef trainer at E Major Taiwan and Malaysia. He has more than 14 years of experience in lecturing and training. He holds a Master Degree in Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts. He was awarded a full scholarship to pursue his PH.D in Multi Media Music Program at Yale University, MA, United States. Hsing started off his training school in 1996 and provided lecture in University of Malaya, Taiwan International School and Lasalle Arts school in Singapore for years. His passion has motivated him to assist men and women in the workplace and children at the school.
Hsing's extraordinary ability to blend humor, story-telling, wisdom, and practicality has made him one of the most sought speakers in Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Many consider him the humorist and expert on life and work issues. Through his wit, warmth, insight, and realism, he brings help and hope to his audiences everywhere. For over 10 years, Hsing has travelled extensively on business or private trip. He has provided more than 250 speeches and trainings to audiences/students in Europe, USA, China and Southeast countries.
Today, Hsing is in demand for business audiences of all types as well as the school children as young as 6 years old to 70 years old. Whether as a speaker or a consultant, Hsing is engaged by his client to get results: to improve attitude and productivity. Hsing served as a Captain during the army service. There were 120 soldiers under his supervision. As a Captain, he exercised his leadership and management skills. He was honor to instruct twice the National Day ceremony in Taiwan, with around 50,000 participants. He was awarded with the highest military honor.
In 2009 and 2010, Hsing was invited to be a judge at Penang Choir Competition and gave speeches nationwide. He continues giving training for E Major Symphony SDN BHDs junior and senior trainers, so like management skill, leadership skill, creative workings environment, unlock the hidden potential and effective communication.
While doing his Ph. D at Yale University in New Heaven, he also pursued youth psychology course between Boston and New York. He completed on the job training at NYC and attached to the Department of Youth Counseling at Columbia University. He assisted cases with communication problem, problematic graduates, broken family. It was a remarkable exposure for his life and career. His Malaysian clients include organizations like Ben Q, University Malaya, KHind electronics, MPH group, Sense and Style beauty academy, Indonesia International School, Global Migration, CIMB Bank and many more in U.S., Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong and China.
In 2010, MPH publishing published his book I care, therefore I am. This is the first Chinese book published by MPH in 105 years, he shared his love and care for Malaysias education, brilliant potential and touched training real stories in this book. Some interviews at Malaysias Media: The Star, Sin Chew, The Sun, Nang Yang, Oriental, Timeout magazine, Kwoag Wah Yitpoh, Bernama TV, Awani TV, and the Hong Kong and English broadcast like Phonix and BBC has made the appointments with him for interview in the coming month. He also directed the musical Lawuita, at Tunku Abdul Rahman Hall, Malaysia Tourism Centre in Feb 2011, he is the original composer and story writer for its musical.
Cheong Chee Yeng is the Trainer and Live Leader of Discovery Training from year 2007 till now. She is also the Captain of Explore Training and Creativity Director of E Zone from year 2007. Backed by the 12-year experiences in education industry and performing art, her alert, cheerful, sensitive, determined and self-assured personailty always influence and drive the growth of youngster undergoing training. In striving for the innovative and effective educational method,Chee Yeng holds the prime areas of personal growth and motivation, character building, communication, creativity and dealing with negative attitudes throughout the trainings. She is also the counductor of variety of arts appreciation progams for the youngster.

Desmond Ang is appointed as the Program Director of E Major while he also assumed the role of Financial Advisor. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Finance and Administration.
He has extensive experience in various facets of corporate process and control training, finance, accounting audit and corporate affairs. He was acting as a management consultant for 8 years to a group of listed companies in Singapore Stock Exchange. He develops control procedures for the organization and involve heavily in the training, and specialist Change Management coaching across the Asia Pacific.
In addition to his current role, Desmond is also a Finance Director for a rapidly expanding migration organization in South East Asia and Oceanic countries.

MUSIC
Dramatically improve memorizing skills by linking the missing links in the neurological links created by our brain in the creation of a memory. Research has also shown that the rhythm generated by music has the ability to affect the rhythm of the electrochemical impulses emitted by our brain activity.

The focus, concentration and discipline that goes into creating a piece of fine art, offers the best training ground for the youth as they learn the necessary skills for a successful and fulfilling life in any discipline. Col0rs, shapes and textures are all interlinked with feelings and emotions and the freedom to create this tangible embodiment of the artists feelings and emotions validates their existence, creates and enhances the ability to acknowledge and embrace them and hence unleash their confidence to express themselves.
DRAMA
Calls forth the need to be highly aware of ones own emotions, expression, body language and tone. Drama also allows us to experiment with our ability to generate and manage the experience of others around us in a safe and controlled environment. To master this tool and understand its power is a critical part of effective communication.
DANCE
In addition to requiring stamina, discipline, an understanding of rhythm and tempo the art of dancing calls on the performer to synchronize with their team of musicians and fellow dancers at an intuitive level. It takes a team who is working in perfect harmony for deliver a successful dance performance. An understanding for and respect for the dynamics of teamwork is yet another powerful skill in the toolkit of a leader.
LEADERSHIP
What is the right way to get along with people? How do you influence and persuade others to believe in you? When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Gets Going. This cliché is overly used but never an understatement. Knowing the answers to the questions above plus empowering oneself with Wisdom is the foundation to become a Leader in Life. E major leadership element is not just about being able to train students to appear on stage or in front of people but also to lead them towards a better stage of life.
